- Shipments within Canada will ship FREE via our preferred carrier Day & Ross; US shipments will ship FREE via UPS to your local freight terminal or an alternate retail location of your choice (should you choose your own carrier, Fireplace Glass Doors Direct will not be held liable for any damages that may incur during transit)
- If shipping direct to residential locations, additional fees may apply
- We do not ship to PO Boxes
- We aim to have your custom fireplace door processed and shipped out within 2 – 4 weeks (please note as with any custom product, circumstances may arise, but we will continuously be in touch with you should anything delay production time or shipping time)
- You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)
